This recipe also meets many dietary needs and is Whole30 compliant, paleo and keto friendly.
Ingredients
All you need for this easy air fryer (affiliate link) recipe are boneless skinless pork chops and a few basic seasonings like paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. The other thing you obviously need is an air fryer (affiliate link). Mine is from Gourmia (affiliate link) and I got it from Costco and I LOVE it! The hype over air fryers is real friends, I use this thing constantly during the week. Pro Tip: It also comes in really handy to heat up frozen food.
How To Prepare Pork Chops in the Air Fryer
To start, you will mix all the seasonings in a small bowl and then pat your pork chops dry. Using your hands, get the seasoning mixture fully coated around all sides of the pork chops.
From there, spray the bottom of the air fryer (affiliate link) with a little avocado oil spray (affiliate link) and add in your pork chops. Spritz the pork chops one more time with oil spray and that’s it! Air fry at 370 degrees for 9-11 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chops. Ten minutes was the sweet spot for me for perfectly juicy pork chops.
I recommend taking a look at 9 minutes in and you can always add time from there if you need to depending on the thickness of your pork chops. I have also tried this recipe with breaded porkchops using the same method as my buffalo chicken strips and it works out great!
What to Serve Air Fryer Pork Chops With
These pork chops work great paired with crispy smashed potatoes and asparagus or garlic green beans. Or serve them with mashed potatoes and some crispy brussel sprouts!
