These flavorful air fryer pork chops are Whole30 compliant as well as paleo and keto friendly! They also work perfectly for meal prep or a busy weeknight dinner.


  • 4 boneless skinless pork chops
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Avocado oil spray


  1. Mix all your seasonings together in a small bowl with a fork and pat your pork chops dry
  2. Coat pork chops with the seasoning mixture and spray the bottom of the air fryer with avocado oil spray
  3. Add the pork chops to the air fryer and spritz them with more oil spray
  4. Air fry at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes
