It's almost time! Gift giving season is basically upon us. I know there are some people who love to get a jump on things and start shopping super early. I am not one of them. Procrastination FTW! But for all you go-getters, I put together this gift guide for fitness lovers.
I'm into any and everything dealing with fitness and health so gifts within this realm are usually my favorite types of things to receive. Well, that and makeup, but let's stay focused here. While these are things that I own and love myself, I think they are pretty universally appealing. So if you're searching for a gift for someone in your life and you're tired of handing over yet another impersonal gift card, this list will be your BFF. Plus with the mother of all shopping days approaching (hello Black Friday!) there will probably be some great online deals! Here are my top picks for that fitness and health lover in your life.

Fitness Tracker
I am a huge Fitbit fan. I've used several different models including the Blaze, the Charge HR the Alta HR. I currently have the Fitbit Versa and I LOVE it! You can check out my in-depth review of the Versa here. In terms of style, the Alta HR is a prettier and more "girly" tracker. It has a thinner and sleeker design. It pretty much looks like a bracelet especially if you get the right band.
Side note: I buy all my Fitbit bands from Amazon (like this one and the rose gold one in the pic below). They're way cheaper and they last just as long. Speaking of bands, if your buddy already has a Fitbit, some cute bands would be an awesome gift as well.
Ok, back to the Alta. The Alta tracks steps, sleep and heart rate and you also get text and call notifications. Pretty awesome for a small package. The Versa is what I typically use for my day to day workouts. It looks more like a sports watch (similar to an Apple Watch) and I love that I can stop and start workouts directly from the color touch screen without having to go into the app on my phone. In addition to text and call notifications, you can also set it up to control your music and receive other app notifications, like Instagram. The Versa is a great option for your fitness minded friend who loves to track their workouts in real time. I've owned a Fitbit for over 4 years now and I haven't been a day without one since.

Air Fryer
I love my air fryer! I bought my digital Gourmia Air Fryer from Costco but they also carry them on Amazon. I have made everything from crispy brussel sprouts to kale chips to buffalo chicken strips in this thing and it always comes out super delicious. They're easy to use and easy to clean. You get that crispy outside texture with little to no oil and without having to throw something in the oven. This is a great option for your health conscious pal that enjoys experimenting in the kitchen.
Wireless Headphones
These Plantronics Backbeat Fit Headphones are always in my gym bag. I didn't know what I was missing out on when I was using my wired headphones. I can enjoy my workout at the gym without getting tangled up or accidentally pulling my headphones out of my ears. They charge super quick and they last through about 6 hour-long workouts without needing to be charged again.
Instant Pot
An Instant Pot is another great kitchen tool. Meat comes out juicy and tender and is ready super quick. You can even stick it in frozen which saves a ton of time. It's a great multi-purpose gadget to have on hand and is especially helpful for people who love to meal prep! While you're at it you can check out some great Instant Pot recipes over at my buddy Bailey's blog!

Water Bottle
I have used both Hydroflask and S'well Bottle and love them both. My Hydroflask is larger and has different options for the cap which allows me to either unscrew and sip from the bottle itself, or have a cap with a straw that flips up (my preference). Hydroflask comes in so many sizes and colors so they're great for guys and girls alike. The design is simple and sporty with a basic cylindrical shape.
S'well bottles (shown below) are usually a screw top and they're shape is more similar to a wine bottle. They make super cute designs to add a little style to your hydration game. I never leave home without my water bottle and even though I have 2, I'm always tempted to buy more with all the cute patterns. I mean a girl needs options right?!
Paleo By Maileo Subscription Box
What's not to love about getting some tasty healthy snacks in the mail?! Paleo By Maileo is an online shop that specializes in healthy snacks and products based off of the principles of the paleo diet. One of the cool services they offer is a monthly subscription box. For $39 you can have a box delivered to your health conscious buddy like the one shown below.
You can also choose a three and six month subscription option if you want a gift that will keep on giving after the holiday season has passed. I have tried one of their custom boxes and it's a great way to be introduced to some new brands and items and find a few new favorites!
New Workout Clothes
I have more workout clothes than regular clothes and I still always want more so you really can't go wrong getting your fitness loving friend some new gear. I love the sports bras from Senita, especially the Sarah Sports Bra. It's reasonably priced at $25, super freaking cute and has a pocket in the back to throw your phone in. Senita also has some awesome high waisted leggings with pockets that won't break the bank. Some of my other workout faves from Old Navy, Nike and Adidas are linked down below!
Gym Bag
New workout gear is always fun! Prior to having a gym bag, I was stuffing everything into a random tote that didn't necessarily function the way I wanted it to. Once I got a gym bag with all the bells and whistles, my workout life got a lot easier. I love my bag from Vooray because the pattern is super cute and the bag is so functional. It has a water bottle holder, a shoe compartment and all the pockets and zippers you could ever want to store all your essentials.
The other Vooray bag I use is the Alana bag. This one is a little more pricey but it is another great option. It's actually on sale for 40% off at Nordstrom right now with this link! It has both long and short straps and is made of a nice sturdy neoprene material. There is also numerous pockets for anything you need as well as a little zippered pouch inside that attaches with a small hook.
Collagen Peptides
I can't say enough good things about Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. It has so many benefits and I have seen the change in my hair, nails, skin and mainly my joints. My recovery after workouts is much quicker and I do not have as much pain in my knee.
I throw a scoop into my coffee every morning. The plain collagen peptides is undetectable in most liquids and dissolves well in both hot and cold liquids. You can also add it to smoothies too if that's your jam. I have also used them in energy bite recipes like my matcha collagen cashew bites and vanilla pumpkin spice energy bites. They have a larger 20 ounce size and a smaller 10 ounce size depending on what you're in the market for. In addition to different sizes, there are also different flavors and I recommend the Matcha Collagen and the Vanilla Collagen for a little flavor kick.

Running Belt/Fanny Pack
If you have a friend who loves to go out on jogs, a running belt is a great option. It's small enough to not get in the way but it still holds a phone, a key and other little essentials like chapstick or tissues. I used it a ton when I was training for a half marathon. I use it both for my runs as well as my regular gym workouts just because I don't like the arm bands to hold my phone when I'm working out. So even if they're less of a runner and more of a gym rat, this will come in handy.
Another option besides a running belt are the fanny pack's from Vooray. They have an elastic band which comes in handy since it moves well with you during workouts. It's slightly roomier than the running belt mentioned above but it lays nice and flat and doesn't bounce around when I am doing things that involve high intensity like box jumps.
Healthy Cookbooks
Two of my favorites are Made Whole Cookbook from Cristina Curp who runs a blog over at the Castaway Kitchen and Craveable Keto by Kendra Holley of Peace Love and Low Carb. These ladies are top notch in the world of health and wellness and are such rays of sunshine in the wellness and nutrition world. Both books are amazing and are full of not only amazing recipes, but so much information on their story, the veto diet and nutrition in general. I highly recommend these two books!
Spiralizer
This is a great non-expensive kitchen gadget. The Spiralizer turns all your veggies into noodles. You can run some sweet potato, zucchini or yellow squash through this thing and whip up some carb-less "pasta" with your favorite sauce.
Under $15
Resistance Bands
I love these guys cause they're super cheap and small enough to toss into any travel bag. There are different levels of resistance and you can get a great on the go workout. Whenever I travel these are always in my suitcase.
Blender Bottle
Blender Bottles are awesome for post workout protein shakes on the go. I bring mine with me when I travel or when I'm doing a workout somewhere where I won't be able to get to my blender afterward. You can also stick a couple single serving packets of their favorite protein powder inside as a bonus!
Creaseless Hair Ties
These Invisi-bobble hair ties are amazing! I was very doubtful that they would hold my hair as securely as I like but it definitely gives me hair the support it needs without any of the weird ponytail kinks that regular hair ties leave. Once I tried these, I haven't used a regular hair tie since!
BLOM Headbands
BLOM headbands are the BEST! Some of the only ones that don't move around or slip while I am working out. They come in so many different colors and they do a great job of keeping the sweat from my eyes and face. These are a huge staple in my workout wardrobe.
Meal Planner Notepad
I love these little meal planners from Rifle Paper Co. and Kahootie Co. I have my weekly meal prep routine and I am also a little obsessed with lists so these are a dream come true for me. They are super cute and an easy way to plan out a week of healthy meals.
Another Idea: With some of these lower priced items you can totally make a cute little Fitness Basket for your health nut friend! 🙂
You Set The $$
Yoga Classes
I love me some Corepower so if someone put a gift card under my tree stacked with a few classes, it would be a dream come true. Along with this theme you can do a yoga mat and towel and be the ultimate giver of zen. Namaste.
Grocery Store Gift Card
So if you're in a hurry and you must do the gift card thing, a grocery gift card is a great option. I may be a freak but I love grocery shopping. I usually shop at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. This can get a little pricey especially when you are trying to eat healthy, organic, grass fed everything. So this is another great, easy option for your health conscious friends.
