Chorizo Breakfast Hash

This recipe is a delicious, egg-free, Whole30 compliant breakfast idea!

gold potatoes

onions

red bell pepper

chorizo

garlic

green bell pepper

cilantro

Add chorizo and heat until cooked through, breaking into crumbles

Remove chorizo from heat and place on a paper towel lined plate. Add gold potatoes to same greased pan and cook until fork tender

Add bell pepper to potatoes and cook until veggies are softened

Add chorizo back to the pan and mix everything together

Garnish with cilantro and avocado slices
