Rosemary Potato Wedges

This recipe is so simple and results in crispy seasoned potatoes with just a few ingredients. You can make them in the air fryer or bake them in the oven!

salt + pepper

potatoes

rosemary

olive oil

If baking, line wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 45 min.  If using an air fryer, line wedges in a single layer and air fry at 400 degrees for about 20 min.

Serve with ketchup, more fresh rosemary and flaky sea salt
