It’s a low carb version of bread crumbs made from a perfect blend of seasonings and nuts that will give you that satisfying texture of breaded chicken.

Paleo Bread Crumbs

This recipe is a combination of cashews, almonds, seasonings and a little almond flour.

-  1 cup raw cashews -  1 cup raw almonds -  ¼ cup almond flour -  1 tsp garlic salt -  1tsp onion salt -  ½ tsp black pepper -  1 tsp dried parsley -  ½ tsp salt -  add 1 teaspoon paprika    and 1 teaspoon chili    powder for spicy version

Step 1

Combine all ingredients (minus the almond flour) in a food processor until it reaches a rough flour like consistency.

Step 2

Mix in almond flour with a fork.

Step 3

Store in an air tight container for future use.
