 It is paleo and Whole30 compliant and it’s seriously so delicious that I ate it for three days straight and still could have had it again.

Chorizo Hash Brown Bake

To get a nice hash brown crust, I simply thaw out a bag of frozen hash browns, mixed in some salt, pepper and ghee and press it down into the bottom of a baking dish

1 package (16 oz) frozen hash browns thawed 1 lb chorizo sausage  12 eggs –1 cup chopped white onion 2-3 medium bell peppers 2 tbs almond milk,2 tbs     ghee, tsp onion powder,1     tsp garlic powder -Salt and pepper to taste    cilantro for garnish

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper

Step 2

Toss thawed hash browns with salt, pepper and 2 tbs ghee in a mixing bowl then press the hash browns down into the bottom of the baking dish

Step 3

Place baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes.While crust is baking, cook chorizo in a skillet on medium high heat.
