Cheesy Polenta Skillet

This recipe is a delicious, gluten-free meal that comes together in just one pan and is perfect for busy weeknights!

crushed tomatoes

Spinach

Olive Oil

Ground Turkey

Basil

Garlic

Slice polenta into rounds and heat on both sides until they begin to brown and crisp. Then set aside

In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions in olive oil. Add ground turkey and Italian seasoning and heat until cooked through

Add crushed tomatoes and spinach to turkey. Mix well and let simmer

Create small wells in the sauce to add polenta rounds back in and top with cheese and black olives

Place skillet in broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly
