Breakfast Fried Rice

This recipe is a delicious, low carb and Whole30 compliant meal that comes together in just one pan

riced cauliflower

onions

bacon

coconut aminos

Eggs

minced garlic

sesame oil

When veggies are softened, add coconut aminos, seasonings and riced cauliflower. Mix thoroughly then create a well in the middle of the pan and add in eggs

Cook until eggs are set and mix everything together. Add green onion and crumbled bacon

Garnish with sesame seeds and top with an egg if desired
