    On this weeks episode of A Little Salty, hosts Jen and Bailey get right into some applicable advice about meal prepping. With any health or weight loss initiative, meal prepping is likely something that will become a necessity. Most of us don’t enjoy it or look forward to it, but we know it’s something that has to get done to help the week stay on track. In this episode Jen and Bailey give you their tips and tricks on how they make that work.

    Some of the tips include things like how to not waste money and food during your meal prep and planning. They also discuss the importance of being practical and not overcomplicating it. It’s easy to go overboard and end up spending hours in the kitchen, but with this advice, you hopefully won’t have to. Here they share about how they get smart about using all of the appliances they have available to them and use their time wisely!
