Air Fryer Pork Chops

Pork chops in the air fryer are a quick and easy protein for dinners or meal prep that comes together in just about 10 minutes.

- 4 boneless skinless pork    chops - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp garlic salt - 1 tsp onion powder - ½ tsp pepper - ¼ tsp kosher salt - Avocado oil spray

Step 1

Mix all your seasonings together in a small bowl with a fork and pat your pork chops dry

Step 2

Coat pork chops with the seasoning mixture and spray the bottom of the air fryer with avocado oil spray

Step 3

Add the pork chops to the air fryer and spritz them with more oil spray Air fry at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes
