Hash Brown Waffle

  • 1 16 ounce bag frozen hash browns thawed (make sure to check your ingredients label as many frozen hash browns contain sugar!)
  • 2 eggs (or 1 egg and 1/4 cup egg white)
  • 1 Tbs ghee
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • diced green onion for garnish (or you can toss them into your "batter")


  1. mix all ingredients (minus the green onions) in a large mixing bowl
  2. spray waffle maker with cooking spray and once hot, add half the mixture
  3. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and have reached a golden brown color
  4. Continue with the rest of the mixture for the second waffle
  5. Top with green onion and enjoy!
