    21: Food Freedom

    In this weeks episode, hosts Jen and Bailey discuss all things Whole30 Food Freedom and what life after Whole30 looks like when trying to find Whole30. They talk about what their process is like when trying to figure out what "worth it" means to them, and what the decision making looks like when faced with those choices everyday. Jen and Bailey also share about how in food freedom, what is worth it to them some days is different others and how it is okay when worth it food choices change from day to day, to season to season and depending on your current goals and mindsets, and, how it's different from person to person - which is also what makes food freedom so dang hard sometimes.

      Hey Jen (and Bailey if you share this with her, which I'm sure you do since she's your bff)! Thanks for sharing this episode, it really resonated. I've been navigating my food freedom for the last two years and I can't express how many times I thought about going back to a strict/structured plan, but as you mentioned, it wouldn't do me any favors as far as learning how to navigate true freedom from food. Like you I've struggled with binge eating and some days I find myself not having brakes on foods, especially on emotional days. It helps knowing I'm not alone in those feelings, so I appreciate you both sharing your struggles along with your wins.
