In today's A Little Salty podcast episode, we're thrilled to have Allison Sweatman on the show. Ali is a Certified Whole30 Coach, writer and advocate, and her path to finding the Whole30 is a bit different than most of ours was. She was introduced to the program while her daughter Rosie was hospitalized in the NICU with serious health issues stemming from a heart defect she was born with.
We talk a lot about Ali's two amazing kids in this episode as Ali shares her story with us about what life looks like with two toddlers with Down Syndrome and how her and her husband Andrew have navigated the winding path to where they are today. October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, and the work Ali is doing for advocacy and inclusion is something Jen and Bailey are both so honored to be a part of. Ali is absolutely an all around incredible woman who is so multi-talented and multi-passionate, which makes her someone that everyone can connect and relate to on some level, and it's such a privilege for us to have her on the show.
