In this episode, co-hosts Jen and Bailey speak about a topic that isn’t often discussed candidly – binge eating. Both women openly share some of their experiences with overeating, compulsive eating, and how it feels to be out of control when it comes to binge eating. While being a heavier topic than you’re used to from our Little Salty gals, it’s a discussion they hope will help shed light on the issue of disordered eating.

Topics range from childhood memories, the emotions that both lead to binges and then come afterward, and common behaviors and habits associated with binge eating – including hiding food and coping with food. They discuss how they realized they first realized what they were doing, and then what tools they used to help repair their relationships with food, and with themselves.
